These two are no longer with us.
I had 7 at some point.
After he died she teamed up with the dog, who obviously thought she was a cat.
Cats sit on tables.
This is the last one left. She turned 18 on the 8th of this month. Misnamed Jeffrey.
She was born in my house. Mother was a stray who adopted me and she gave birth to one kitten.
It was all a bit swollen, so I saw something that wasn’t there.
Prickless! But that’s another topic.
She’s the smallest cat I’ve had. Welletjes, the tuxedo, was the largest.
No more cats after this for me.
I’m getting old, I’m not going to start another round of 20 years of cats. I’ve gotten myself some birds when I was too ill to leave the house.
It livens things up considerably.
The kakariki’s could fly around the house a little when there are no more cats.

I don’t remember if I mentioned that Nikko is sick. He can’t get properly diagnosed because the tests are too invasive for his age and condition. Along with a good vet’s care and my own nursing, he hasn’t vomited any white foam or anything for that matter since February. I consider that a good sign. I started adding colostrum to his diet and that’s when the vomiting stopped. The vets gave him a presumptive diagnosis of small cell gastric lymphoma. The good news is that it’s a slow growing lymphoma and not painful. She thinks he might outlive the disease. He’s 17 now.
Have any of you heard of Solensia for arthritis in cats and dogs?

Pretty (originally Pretty Girl lol) is a stray that took a liking to my Emma during our dog walks. It got cold and I thought Pretty was pregnant so started letting “her” inside. He was here about 3 weeks before I discovered “she” had “dingles” and was just a fat cat. I’d estimate Pretty is around 2yo, my Gracie is 5yo.

Wow, I’ve never seen a stray that was fat! Maybe he was recently abandoned before you met him. And then being friendly with a dog. Maybe he lived with one? It’s an interesting story.
