That’s what we’ve had from day dot in Australia as we cannot legally buy nicotine domestically.
We rely on the loopholes in the law that exist on a federal level that will be closed in a few months,
Even now under existing laws we are supposed to only import a three months supply with a prescription.
What constitutes a three months supply has always been truly absurd to me.
In essence an Australian breaks the law as soon as they take possession of the nicotine, if they cannot provide a prescription and a method of calculation for the three months worth received.
Walking to the letterbox scanning for government officials could be an exaggeration but I suppose it’s possible.

It will force the market underground. People will be meeting in parks and coffee shops buying nicotine. 5ml bottle for $25.00. 10ml bottle for $45.00. They were doing this in NYC with their vape ban.

I saw this on 60 minutes or some show like it. The guy was selling 5ml bottles and bragging about it. Didn’t disguise his face or voice. Looked like just another drug deal.

I saw Kennedy is shutting down, then read they’re starting flashlight manufacturing, 510 connector flashlights…dead simple and damn sure sounds smart. Wouldn’t a 510 adapter connect and power all sorts of things? Vw box mods would be infinitely adjustable flashlights?

From what I understand Kennedy is no longer making (and marketing) vape gear. Apparently they do manufacture other products at their plant and continue operations in another capacity. Mods could become torches, but the days of Kennedy RDAs will be nothing but a distant memory.

I don’t believe that any new package x-ray will occur because of this. Vaping and product shipping is a big thing to vapers but by and large the rest of the world is rather meh about it. Things go on the list that are prohibited all the time we just happen to hit one that effects vapers. As with anything prohibited there is a small chance you might loose an order. I wish companies would stop folding because of this and play dirty in the same way this was pushed though. It’s not eliquid, its essential oil that just so happens to be infused with a proprietary (nicotine) ingredient. That not a vape mod this is a wire resistance checker. Will they catch on sure then change again.

I’m with you on that. Till this day I can’t figure out why MVS still sends me two of my juices I still buy. They are flavored and I live in MA. MVS has MA on their ban list and yet…they’ve been filling my orders. If they did that why can’t they figure something out to stay in business?

Gawd I hope this is just another panic, ban, shutdown, horde and stockpile moment, looking back I think this is a big one and if companies aren’t gonna push and get creative it’ll be death by 1000 cuts, worldwide… Heated stick vapes anyone? I was at sourcemore earlier and they have a ton of mods for heat sticks? I guess pm iqos thingie is open source or something but damn, that’s barely vaping, I guess harm reduction is there, so OK but no innovation, building and uniqueness, there’s no hobbyist there?
