hi i wonder if some of you have any experience about chefschoice waffle concentrate i recently bought it and im little bit confused with precentage its best to use to get that waffle

Min0, have you tried searching and studying the recipes of others rather than creating a new topic for each flavour?

That’s how I learned to create recipes, go and look for recipes similar to what I want to create and see what direction other mixers used for a similar recipe and go from there. Usually if I need to find a starting % for a new flavor I’ll check the ELR database first.

Always a good way to build up a knowledge base. Just remember to do your SFTs for new concentrates as that’ll really give you a better understanding of each flavour. I have a tendency to also include similar concentrates so I can see how one differs from the other. E.g. Jammy Berry vs. Jammy Grape or, Fire Cinnamon vs. Red Cinnamon vs. Rich Cinnamon vs. Pumpkin Spice.
