In my opinion all the hype about vaping is about money. The propaganda to tax vaping is to generate money. They are losing money because we listened and stopped smoking.

California is one of the main states that’s putting restrictions on vapers. But raping has a lot support there to. It may be a tough battle. If you feel strongly about opening your own shop than I would say do it.
