Last week I mixed up a 50ml bottle of 2% FA Vienna cream and 2% Catalan cream and put 5 medium roast Starbucks coffee beans in there to steep (i figured one bean per 10ml would be a good starting point). I just tasted it and it’s working! Woot woot! Still needs more steep time, but I wanted to check out how strong the coffee flavor was in case I needed to pull out the beans. I’ll leave them in for now, it’s not terribly strong but the flavor is definitely infusing into the juice. I know @Maureeenie was interested in the idea so I thought I’d throw it out there and let y’all know how the progress is coming along!

I have a long castle clone steeping in some Jack Daniels Oak barrel chips at the moment, also having a great effect
