The best coffee flavors as of today I love, are VTA Arabica and VTA Coffee liqueur, the other one is Mocca by SSA, If you love coffees those are must have, FA’s IMHO is not a real coffee (strangely enough FA being italian) and hard to work with anyway.
Pairings to boost a coffee layer are VTA Hard crack Toffee and WF Roasted Pecans and cream.
The coffees above have to be clearly tweaked to your own taste but those at today are the ones I work with.
