Working on a new coffee ice cream with some new flavors I recently got. More of a mocha ice cream so far it’s good needs some tweaking. I found the TPA Mexican Liqueur @ DIYVapor it’s a really good chocolate based coffee flavor, like a Kahlua.
Coffee Ice Cream
Bavarian Cream (FW) 3.00
Condensed Milk (Purilum) 1.50
Ice Cream (Dark Chocolate) ( SC) (WF) 1.50
Kahlua and Cream (FW) 2.50
Mexican Liqueur (TPA) (discontinued) 2.00

I had forgotten all about that flavour and I think it was one of TPA’s hidden gems as it was very good. I used to use it in a recipe that I loved back in the day but it has long been deleted from the recipe side and I can’t remember who the original creator was. I remember it worked particularly well in my Berserker MTL RTA. This recipe was a long steeper even though it says only seven days.

@Lucas_James_Holden that looks pretty good you should have named it Carmelot. Lots of yummy caramel in that one. I originally bought the Mexican Liqueur for a remix of Don Juan Càfe which is a creamy Mochachino. It’s definitely a hidden gem.

Here’s an easy peasy one that keeps the toffee flavor from inhale to exhale (an unusual phenomenon)… Tweak pct as desired. (I like my coffee strong).

@McDuckie that sounds delicious, TPA has another flavour called Mexican Coffee although I have never tried that one.

I remember buying a 15ml of it in a glass bottle when I first started mixing just because it sounded nice (as we often naively do in the beginning) but this time it paid off as it’s a good one. I think Camelot is the only recipe that I’ve ever used it in because it was never very popular and flew under the radar so to speak.
