Yeah, I agree. I just can’t… I guess I’m too used for DSLR + Lightroom workflow. I even launch Photoshop every time I need to make a screenshot, lol.

Took about 10 seconds to input resize and shape the collage.

Untwisting the fused with the drill was super easy thanks for the tip had it pretty much fully straightened out in about 10-20 seconds. I’ll just straighten a little more before fitting to correct any small twists.
Might switch out my current build in my Stillare before I leave work. Woohoo.
Might try a 26/26/32 with 28/32 I’ll try a 5 wrap and see what it comes out at!
Just wanted to add that it took me about 10minutes to wrap about 3ft of various wires.
Next on my list of to do’s will be a triple twisted 28g smoothed out as if I was going to make a zipper coil then 32g wrapped around it.

Here’s some pics of my mutation X clone build.
Coming in at .21ohms this is a 26/26/32 fused Clapton with parallel 28/32 Clapton.
5 wraps of 26/26/32 and 4 wraps of 28/32 on a 2mm ID.

I made a nice flavor build today. My new Petri Dotmod clone arrived today. I cleaned and mounted it with this Staged Heating Parallel Fused and Staggered Fused Claptons. Check out this Badboy.

Very very nice.
With a staggered fused Clapton, is that where you loosely wrap your individual claptons and the over wrap with lower gauge into the spaces of the Clapton?
That’s how it looks on your coils!
2 loosely wrapped single wire claps, lined up in parallel so that the Clapton wrap on each sits within the space between the wrap of the other and then loosely fused wrapped over the 2. Is that correct?

Think I’m going drill out my post holes in my PV RDA’s to accommodate some of my newer builds.
That Petri looks sweet with that 5 wrap!!!
Have you drilled out the dual post holes to be 1 single hole?
On FT the post holes only look small enough to accommodate at max a single fused build.

No I just make them bigger. Dual post hole upper and lower will not work… only side by side.

Just placed an order with Crazy wire for the following.
Got some of smallest gauge 317 they had at .45mm diameter.
Also got myself some ribbon to have a play around with.

Surprised myself tonight with a 28/28/32 fused Clapton on a 2mm ID with 5 wraps at .49ohms on my SS Plume Veil.
Lovely cool dense vape that gives a lot of mouth feel.

Here’s a really nice build I’ve just put into my Stillare clone.
4 wraps of spaced 26/26/32
3 wraps of tight 28/32
On a 2mm ID coming out at .18ohms!!!
Ramp up is instantaneous with this super warm build.

One trick I have learned about coil building.
Whenever you have 20mins make wire!
The more wire you have on hand the easier it is to wrap intricate coils.
I tend to make
28/32 tight and spaced Clapton wire
28/28/32 fused clapton
26/32 Clapton
26/26/32 fused
24/32 Clapton
24/24/32 fused
Twisted 28g
Twisted 26g
Spiral 28g
Spiral 26g
No wire delivery today but my flavours have come.
