If you don’t have any huckleberry flavor you can use blueberries or a mix of blueberries and blackberries. "Since huckleberries are more tart and have larger seeds than blueberries, you can get a similar flavor by using wild blueberries, adding a touch of lemon juice, or mixing blueberries with some blackberries to achieve the sweet-tart profile of huckleberries"
