I’m tying to do a cost comparison for each manufacturer (CAP, FLV ect) from a few main vendors (RS,BC). For stores going to use Bull city, river supply, gremberry, flavor jungle and OSDIY. Are there any majir suppliers I’m missing?
Also some vendors have a range of prices for the same company and I’m unsure how to accurately reflect it for a price comparison without having to list 6 to 8 different entries. Some have a .50 difference which would be easy to average others are close to a dollar with 5 different price points.
Hopefully that’s a clear question not because of anyone’s lack of intelligence more so on my ability to write what’s going on in my head. Also if you think it’s a giant waste of time feel free to let me know that as well.
(Ordinarily I’d add ECX, but with the scuttlebutt about them discontinuing everything but Jungle Flavors which has not been confirmed by them… It’s hard to say)
I’m sorry… I read OSDIY as DIYVS earlier…
Personally, I’d skip both LB and OSDIY, as they really aren’t vendors (who sell a wide range of other’s products).
Chefs seems to be the most used place that out of the states …And i guess shipping is not horrendous . Hey if someone wants to do the work im always willing to add to it
I’ll add chefs and skip osdiy (I was hesitant about having osdiy on the list to start). Direct buy is a good idea. Also add rainbow, nom nomz and diyvs.
Still looking for a hopefully simple way to do the price difference from the same brand.
@Gsnap I don’t know if it will increase or decrease your entries, but I was showing price per ml from @BullCityFlavors a while back. Obviously would need entries from other vendors. Format ?
My suggestion too, would be focus on one manufacture at a time… then do all of the resellers.
Might help to you take it step by step. I seriously don’t have the time… and I only work with one manufacture. I am no help there, but that is my biggest tip.
How did you account for the difference in prices of the same ml from the same manufacturer?
That’s currently my biggest idfk how to approach it. It’s going to be a long list either way but having to write out exact flavors which could be a bigger hindrance than help.
Some are obviously loss leaders. Meaning they actually loose $ selling things, to draw in more sales.
Sad to say I am not one. I am a very small semi private seller.
