Youll need to add a quantity of pg.
How much 70/30 do you have?

To convert your 70VG/30PG mixture to a 60VG/40PG mixture, you must add an amount of pure Propylene Glycol (PG) equal to one-sixth of your current total volume.
For example, if you have 100 mL of the 70VG/30PG mixture, you need to add approximately 16.67 mL of pure PG.

650 x 16.67 =10835
So you add 108.35 mils of Pg.
