is anyone familiar with Karo corn syrup , and if so is there a flavor of this or something like it , if not it would be great if anyone had a clue how to create it thank you ,
light or dark syrup?

If you’re talking dark karo, I’d think brown sugar would be close.

My mom put that stuff in everything she baked? I would try sucralose,maybe?
