You can buy it by the bottle or you can buy a 4oz lifetime supply of EM crystals for $10.50 from BCF and make your own. 1gram EM to 9grams PG = 10% dilution. 
I use it quite a bit with some of my tobacco mixes, thus I went the BCF route.
