"Cream sweet" at Chef's

Just found this stuff called Cream Sweet, sold as an additive to boost vanillas and adding a creamy / milky note. Sounds good, any experiences?

Or, any suggestions which flavor or additive would do thge same thing, boost vanillas, adds creamy mouthfeel?

I hate chef’s. Bloody rabbithole.

Smooth vanilla by Flavorah is a good vanilla additive. It’s expensive but you need very very little. I usually use a drop in custards and ice creams.
