I’m looking to create a scone. I’ve come up with some ideas and wanted to throw them out there. 2% Fluffy white cake (WF) 1% biscuit (INW) or 2% Angel cake (WF) and 1% Biscuit (INW). I’m wanting to make a scone with clotted cream and jam. Or can I use biscuit higher than 1%, I’ve never gone above 1% on that. I have cream puff but I don’t think that would work.
