I’ll resist the temptation to pre-order one of these! 
I’m also hearing that it might be called “SHURIKEN RDA”. Heard from their discussion group.

Cthulhu v3 is supposed to be an RTA, no?
I thought the same thing. It was posted on the 10th and they were asking for suggestions as to what to change for the v3. So it seems it may still be a ways away but who knows.
They should stick with “Cthulhu”. Or else them cultists will come knocking on their door
