For got to add, graphite is used to make metal parts glide against each other with ease and to de-burr metal threading. Good stuff!
i used 24g Ti on mine. all my parts came apart and reassembled quite easily…i have had no issues with mine…if you go to chtulhumod.com, they have short video tutorials on everything…its been a great little tank for me.
I watched their tutorials. Maybe I just got a bad one.
thats the inside of your juice control
it happens, brother…i have had nothing but positive results when dealing with their customer service…contact them if you need to
You were one point with most your comments. I’m not impressed at all. It’s just average… if not below.
It’s not on par with the current tank releases. I get good flavor with Ti, but there are too many steps to set it up.
Juice control is a joke, hard to wick with a bad juice flow. I cant reach the juice channels with cotton because of how it’s set up.
Coil build and mount is simple but it took me over an hour to get a decent vape.
If anyone has a good and simple set up please post a tutorial.
I give it 5 out of 10.
I finally figured how to wick the Cthulhu. I’m going to rebuild, rewick and give my second impression. If things work like I expect them to, I may have retract my earlier comments.
a rubber band will work in a pinch…
you can get it at any auto parts or home improvement store… it comes in a spray can also
the threaded ring that is included to help hold the ends of the wick down…i have learned that i get better results if i dont screw that down all the way…
The ring is a good idea. But i figured why add more metal to your juice channel… it’s just one more thing in the way. I was getting dry hits when I tried reach my preferred vape. The only thing I want in my juice channel is juice. With the way I build I need all the juice flow I can get. With the ring in I could vape at 70 watts, around 480F. Once I took it out…
No it’s not as good as the TFV4… but it is on par with the Billow v2, Goliath and the rest of my upper level tanks. Much better than it was with the ring in. If you don’t vape super sub-ohm than the ring shouldn’t be a problem for you.
