I also think a consumer should never pay for a mistake they didn’t make.I have bought hundreds of dollars worth of supplies from them.
They are located in Kentucky and they also sell on eBay.I have had wonderful service but that matters not if they don’t make this right.

Well, I’ll be dipped in…I got an email from paypal giving me a tracking number and USPS says that it left Banner, Ky. Should be here on Sat. This may be resolved after all. I know…the eternal optimist.

I hope they do make it right, because they’re only 1 state away from me and they ship fast. I’d like to order more stuff if they stand behind what they sell.

I received the new deck and he included a few orings for it. So I guess other than having to pay shipping he took care of my issue. I have a feeling that he gets real busy and doesn’t delegate well. I’ve been accused of that also. Overall, I’m satisfied.
