I’ve not used Cigar (DV), so I couldn’t tell you about that particular concentrate. However, from my years mixing with scads of different synthetic tobacco concentrates, most of them need a couple of weeks or a month worth of steep time.
It doesn’t look like anyone on the recipe side of ELR has reviewed the flavor in their notes. So, you’re going to need to reach out a little further to find answers to your questions.
Weird thing… I can’t seem to find “Cigar” on the DV website? Might you have a web link to the product in question?
