I had asked a mixer if I could sub another cream in one of their recipes and was basically told that I’d change the profile and completely ruin it. They also said that if I didn’t like a flavor then I shouldn’t have any business mixing this recipe

ROLF. There isn’t too many recipes I don’t sub a flavor or two. If I don’t use their exact recipe I don’t know what it tasted like anyway. Besides if I ordered all their flavors by the time I got around to getting them I wouldn’t remember what they were for.

Tagged a recipe yesterday that I’m missing one flavor. Won’t order till I need more flavors than one. Figure that’s a month away. Maybe I’ll remember the recipe by my next order.

In case someone doesn’t know …
There is a function in the calculator, in the blue key, that adds the flavors that are missing in a recipe to the shopping list, and in the shopping list, the recipe for which that flavor is missing is noted.
