Really you haven’t shopped at Element Vape. I thought everyone had at one point or another. They are good about shipping fairly quick and their customer service is excellent.

Is that the subohm tank? Are P coils easy to come by and what’s your favorite thing about it? I’m interrogating you because I’m trying to figure out if I want to buy another subohm.

What do you mean by p coils? The gti coils you don’t need to screw them in, just insert with a little push. The gti coils doesn’t have a lock like some of the other coils of the same type. I have a crate full lol. Thanks to McDuckie I have a stash of the HB 2s as well.

and yes the Hellbeast 2 is a subohm tank. The Hellbeast solos are a single coil rta.

The P coils are Geek Vape coils for the Aegis Boost. The Vaporesso GTI coils are an compatible alternative to the stock Hell beast coils.

@Letitia @McDuckie don’t expect me to remember all that :face_with_diagonal_mouth: How about if I wanted to invest in one more subohm tank that’s easy to get coils for and performs well, what would you recommend? I like DL but not so much that I feel like I’m sucking the air out of an entire room. Thx

Yes, I have the Hellbeast Destiny which is single coil RTA and I like it. A friend of mine had a Dead Rabbit (Fat Rabbit?) RTA that he loved. Would you know about those RTAs?

I don’t know much about how the airflow is for most of the newer sub-ohm tanks. The only ones I’ve used lately are the Voopoo Uforce series of subohm tank with the Pnp coils which seem to be fairly readily available. The Uforce airflow was too airy for me 3/4 closed. I use the Voopoo PNP Pod tank which also uses the PNP coils and I get nice semi restrictive airflow with the VM5 .20 ohm coil. And a nice tight airflow with the VM4 .60 ohm coil.

I have the PnP tanks in your image but I have rebuildable mesh coil heads for them. What are the ones you mentioned above, VM5 and VM4?

Gti mesh coils are available at most sites. The above link tells you what is recommended for each coils; I ignore this info for any coils I use but some do use it. I use the .4 and depending on juice flavor my wattage is generally 38-42 watts. AF is generally 2/3 to half open depending on sweetness and high notes. This my lime tart tank 39w.

I haven’t tried those but I have some blotto pro rtas on the way. I prefer single coil and the dead rabbit solo is pretty much ideal for me. Rdl full ooen, dead simple to build and wick, good flavor for fruits. I seldom use anything but fruit vapes. Not into savory juices or any sort of custard or cakes normally. I am enjoying the lime tart for a change but probably won’t use but once or twice year.

Thx, that’s helpful. I have the DR Solo RDA and it’s well machined, very smooth.

@McDuckie I figured out why I didn’t realize what you were talking about with the VM coils. I have the PnP SMRT coils from Wotofo which are cross compatible with Voopoo, Vaporesso, etc. It’s basically a self-assembly mesh coilhead. Super easy to assemble and once you own it all you need is cotton and mesh. Iirc, I think the ohms were limited to around 0.2 ohms so I can see why the long line of PnP coils came out afterwards but they aren’t self-assembly which is fine with me.

Yes those are the two coils that I use the most. I highly recommend all of the Vm coils as they give great flavor and they tend to last a long time. I just recently replaced my VM5 coil after a month of use running @ 40W. And the VM4 has been in for around two months running @25.

Thank you. So the VM coils are compatible with the PnP tanks I already have? Like the images you posted above? I’m psyched to try them, if so.

@Rocky02852 Thx, Idk what happened  but this makes it easier.
