So that’s why it didn’t come up in the recipe section. I was wanting more lemon rind than juice type. Hope I don’t get anise. That would really suck. Thank you for this info.

Yes it is. BB told me about that lemon and loves it. I wasn’t getting the lemon flavor I wanted from FA lemon. I may have to try NF lemon. If one buys direct from NF, it’s made fresh.
I’ll try FE lemon and see where I’m at before going NF

A lot of people love FE lemon it’s simply that I used the FE Lemon in Developed’s Sad Boy remix and the whole recipe turned and I got a lot of anise. I mixed a second batch with TPA Lemon that turned out good. Though it could just be that I got a bad bottle of FE Lemon. It happens I once got a bad bottle of Yes We Cheesecake that turned me off to that flavor also.

Makes sense. I hope this doesn’t happen. I think the same thing happened once with TPA strawberry ripe as the mix tasted like sweet earth. I refrained from using it for the longest time. Just recently got another bottle and it is fine.

Where do you get the RBA? I didn’t see it on that website. I just recently started exploring pods and this sounds like a nice package. thx @Lucas_James_Holden
What’s the difference with the LE? Is it only the colors? Does the regular Velocity use the RBA, too, because I like the brown leather?

Funny, I don’t have to go that high in my MTLs. What type coils are you using? I stick to simple round wire, 27g, 2.00-2.50 ID, 5 or more wraps depending if I space them. With the MTL pods using mesh coils it’s a different experience but still flavorful without going too high on pct. If I buy juice made especially for pods I find it over flavored. Maybe that’s just me?

@muth I bought mine in the U.K. but I found it on the OXVA website for you, the OXVA Unicoil RBA is also compatible with the Velocity when using the Unicoil pod.
The Velocity LE and the original are the same but in different colours and finishes as far as I know.

I mixed FE Lemon with a little FA Lemon Sicily and got a dry faint lemon. The 4th test mix I scrapped FA lemon and used 50/50 FE lemon with caps Italian lemon Sicily and that was a lot better. Also, first time I used FA lemon Sicily and FE lemon, I threw in a bit of TPA cotton candy. Insta puke and I did get a weird anise flavor. So gross. I wasn’t looking for sour juice lemon but something with more rind. Mixing caps and FE did the job.

Still a work in progress but you all have helped me a bunch with the new game of pods. I wanted lemon with a smidge of SB. Tastes like a sweet lemon rind like I wanted but it really needs to steep. Still using the luxe x and new smok nord. Everything else that looked interesting was out of stock. The smok nord is about the same size as the luxe x but has variable power and doesn’t leak. Correction! The smok Nord leaks like a sieve and would not recommend as the company doesn’t seem to learn from its mistakes.

I’m getting a decent MTL with the Luxe XR Max. Using the MTL XR pod with a 0.8 GTX coil. I used electric tape to close down the one air hole that cant be adjusted and have the adjustable one closed off. No leaks using the 30/70 20mg nic salt juice (that I made for my Caliburns and Minifits that are starting to die). I’ve had the XR Max for a few weeks and not one leak using the 0.8ohm pods or the 0.4ohm pods. I haven’t tried the 0.2ohm yet.
I’ve been mixing with freebase for the last 8 years and nic salt nicotine for the last 5 years or so. I’ve never witnessed a coil being burnt out of because one or the other. Coils burn out because they either are bad or the viscosity of the liquid doesn’t work with that particular coil. It has absolutely nothing to do with whether the nic is freebase or salt.

One of the people here said to keep flavors simple with pods so I used 15% ultimate tutti frutti by flavor jungle, 5% bubblegum naturals NF, max VG, 6% distilled water, 1.5% PUR sweetener. I accidentally over did it on the sweetener so it went wayyyy over target. Tell ya, this is the classic bubblegum flavor and it actually made me smile.
