I liked the Eel myself.
On the Rf shoukd i get the extracts or the regular? I heard some of the regular are better then the extract
I would get only the extracts.
Do they have a different taste then the regulars? You know how i do with alcohol based flavorings which is why im asking.
The biggest problem with the “flavors” is they are much weaker, and VG based. You’ll have to use considerably more, and the steep times are increased. Using the “extracts” will keep you with what you are used to.
Which graham is that the vg or the extract
I mistakenly picked up the VG flavor, not the extract.
They are in production at diyejuice in Canada. They bought the SC line/recipes from Walt when he got out of the game. I dont think they manufacture the entire line, but most of the better selling flaves are being made fresh there.
Extracts os SC are what you normally want. If I remember correctly some were better for me in the original VG line though, like Bread Pudding and a few others. I still use the VG Vanilla Ice Cream, like it much better than the SC version. Overall the SC (extract) version are better though.
I had better luck using the SC low, too high and they got weird. Most you can keep under 2% and some were so powerful 1 drop was enough for 30ml like Baked Bread.
I wouldn’t bother with Cheesecake, Cinnamon Custard, almost any cinnamon really once they changed the cinnamon they were using. Butter Pecan Pie was excellent with my first 30ml bottle of SC, really potent too, just needed 0.50% but when I reordered it was never the same.
Really, the only RFSC I miss is Aged Bourbon Cream, Bourbon, Strawberry, Strawberry Milkshake, Strawberry Gelato, Strawberry Lemonade, Pineapple, Soda Base and a few others. I do miss Bread Pudding in the VG version but when they changed the cinnamon it got ruined.
@Plunderdrum I tried the diyejuice line when it came out maybe a year ago but wasn’t impressed. Have you tried it lately? I remember the Strawberry and pineapple being weaker than the old SC line I still have. Even just smelling it the old versions I keep smell a lot more potent.
I haven’t tried any from them. Im still working through my old stock, haven’t needed to order. Thanks for the heads-up pn potency.
Yea thats what threw me off a little. I was watching a noted episode and were saying a few of the vg are better then the sc but didnt go into detail on which.
I thought one was the strawberry
Already have that one. Its good
Never heard anyone say that about the Strawberry, I still have a lot of the Strawberry VG that I am not sure what to do with, can barely taste it in a mix no matter how much I use.
Yeah the VG SB was not potent enough to work with for me. The best was the original SB extract, it was a bit more ripe than the SC.
Absolutely, the original was incredible but all following versions used a cinnamon that hurt my throat and tickled my chest, same with the Cinnamon Custard. That was a real bummer.
Still my favorite Pineapple, SB milkshake, Yumberry and many others. The two Root Beers were also fantastic. Dis you get any of the VG beta’s? That cooked pear was insanely delicious and something no one else has tried, as far as i know.
@StevenLane uses a lot of VG’s, @STR8V8PING. Maybe ask him which he likes best, i havent used the VGs in a very long time.
Damn i placed my order and of course forgot one flavor i really wanted. Happens everytine. I really wanted that wf cinnamon pastry that bcf dont have.
Twice for that concentrate, twice ive forgotten it.
Finally tried the graham cracker. Its pretty good. I think it needs more steeping. The bright note is like a lil too bright overpowering the rest of the notes but it has been easing the last 2 days.
I still find nomz graham cracker to be much betterso far. Noms is just even more flavorful and accurate to ne and is great shake and vape
Although still not 100%, I find the RF SC Graham Cracker to be one of the closest GC’s out there, and to quote @Pro_Vapes, absolutely a “Top Shelf” GC. It’s got a brown sugar, molasses, and almost malty note, that no others have. All it needs is a little crunch.
I def put it number 2. Noms hits better on that dark graham crunch note like the finish if eating a graham when that brown sugar note kinda melts in your mouth. and rf on the brighter graham notes like that beginning of the bite if the graham. Both are very accurate but still different.
We will see after a longer steep though. Its only been a couple of days and that weird bright note has already subsided a lot
