I can’t seem to find a good percentage of TFA’s Maraschino cherry to mix for a good cherry liquid. I made it at 5% but it still tastes perfumy and just terrible. Does anyone have any suggestions for this flavor?
There are some notes here:
I wouldn’t use it as a single flavor, but if I did, it would probably be 1-2% - in a mix I’d probably use from 0.2-1%. It’s not a particularly good flavor, as far as I can understand 
Also it seems it needs to steep, so try it in a week - if you’re not satisfied, try the week after that…
