I didn’t read the article, but I had a tip I had come off when I was inhaling. If it had benn a tight MTL and I was really sucking it, I could see inhaling it into my throat. It was one of those silicone skinny urn shapped jobs that are known for falling off easily. Still, my tongue and lips stopped it from going into my throat. I think I would have had to have half the tank in my mouth to really get it down my throat.

Any standard 510 tip atty can take any standard 510 tip. Some are proprietary but many of those come with a 510 adapter as well.
