The Chalice 3 by Mark Bugs is built as a Squonker atty but by blocking the Squonk pin with a round toothpick it can be used as a dripper. I have one of the clones but they are out of stock every place I can find them. The authentic may still be available but they are expensive if you find one. They are truly a mouth to lung device and I would guess the draw is very similar to the Kayfun V3 or V5 with restrictor.
In this picture you can see the toothpick trick to make it a dripper.
They are very small but the flavor is very comparable to the new V5 and V3 Kafun’s. I am not sure you can find one but it sounds like it is exactly what you are actually looking for as far as the draw on it goes.
