DuoMei Flavor Tasting Notes

Hi All,
I came upon a lesser known brand flavor manufacturer called DuoMei. Here is a link to their company profile on Ingredientsnetwork - Nanchang Duomei Bio-tech Co., Ltd. They are a reputable company found in China; and from what I have come to understand is that many of their concentrates are purchased and repacked by other flavor manufacturers around the globe. However, I have yet to confirm this information directly.

This company was recommended to me by Fresh03 and @Amy2. Currently you can only order samples, however the samples are a good size, and the flavorings are SUPER CONCENTRATED and potent; akin to a concentrated essence! So, a dilution would be required for a majority of them. Here are some of the notes you can find in my flavor stash.

Not familiar with “Knuckle” Is this your term for smell/taste on the Knuckle? Or if not, could you post source of term? I struck out on Google…

Hi @Brotherbob Thank you. Oh! Sorry. “Knuckle” is a term used for the taste. I will drip a small amount of the liquid from the tester bottle onto my knuckle and taste it. I found some people will drip test onto their fingers, or on a plastic / metal spoon (don’t want to taste salt from their skin) as well, but for convenience sake - I just do it on my knuckle (hands are thoroughly clean lol). :sweat_smile:
