I’ve seen this listed as Ecto Cooler (Natural), Ecto Cooler Type and just Ecto Cooler. The Flavor West site just list Ecto Cooler Type. My question is are these the same?

Probably. I’m not sure about the natural, but I’m guessing the Type is the same, especially if that is how it is listed at FW. Pick the one with the highest number of recipes. 
While you’re at it, feel free to suggest it as a duplicate in the dupe checker.
