Has anyone had trouble getting in touch with ECX Customer Service? I put in a very large order with them on Friday and my messages to them are getting returned?

Aren’t they closed on the weekend? I wouldn’t expect a response until Monday.
I think their customer service people may be off over the weekend. Or Atleast when I submitted a late Friday ticket I didn’t get a response until Monday.

The other thing I noticed, that I forgot to mention, they were updating the ticket from the website. Don’t forget to check the dashboard.
