And another interesting update on the market:

I don’t understand why they ban these disposables. They just need regulations like in the UK, limit disposable devices to something like 18mg. The government will never stop kids from getting their hands on vapes just like they couldn’t stop kids from trying cigarettes or drinking alcohol.

The government has been trying to get rid of flavored E-Liquids for about two years now. The FDA has been taking PTMA’s for liquids for that time. They took in over twenty thousand applications. They ruled almost all applications either incomplete or rejected except cigarette flavors. The ones they did approve were from Big Tobacco that had approved devices to be sold in stores. One reason Juul survived as long as they did was they quit selling all but tobacco flavors.
There are only two products that can be sold legally in the US. A cig-alike from British American Tobacco and a pod device that doesn’t sell well that Alteria bought out a couple of months ago after giving up on JUUL. Actually all flavored juice is illegal in the US except the tobacco flavors from BAT & MO.

The govt also instructed customs to seize shipments of elf bars and other types.

Same reason they are going on the ban crusade here.
Not about the kids,
not about the health,
purely about the money lost from less people smoking cigarettes and tobacco!
