Sounds like all the fiddly keys I have to show students in maths. For me, I prefer to handwrite and let my AI convert it to text.

Mainly law, philosophy and theology. Although, when people are sick or fail to live, I will take on functional skills (Getting adults their GCSEs or their High School Diploma in the US. I actually enjoy teaching this as most of the students hate education and seeing them love it again is very rewarding).
