I tasted my v2 root beer float, I couldn’t detect the cream but it tasted exactly like A&W root beer. It’s perfectly strong at 4%. I hope the creams come out more. It hasn’t even been 24 hours yet, so I still feel optimistic. I could taste the cream when I first mixed it, but now it seems like they blended in. It’s even leaving that sourish taste on the back of my tongue like I just drank root beer.

So I added 1.5% ssa vanilla ice cream to my V2 float, and the root beer floated away. I’m interested to see how it will be the next few days. The root beer was too strong anyway. I want root beer and cream to share the main note, I’m gonna go for a new one. I’ve tasted vanilla gelato and it seems like a no-go for the float. Gonna just keep it simple, 3% root beer and 2% vanilla ice cream. I’m wondering if mixing flavors together freshly vs adding one to an already steeped mix has any big effect on potency. Gonna get on that mix now tho!

Apparently if you shove a can of Root Beer up a chickens arse it will float above the bbq !

This should be good, I bet 60% will have the same recipe! And 95% will have one flavor of the same kind. I will try my best to make a good batch of Root Beer Juice and join the fun with my friends

Yeah, it’s such a strong flavor. I had trouble with the root beer flavor overtaking my mix, but now it’s settled out. I think I got my final recipe. It’s perfect as it is right now, but if it continues to change, i only hope the flavor profile improves.

RF SC use to have a good root beer…I think it was Fountain Root Beer. Dont remember there were 2 of them. Wish i still had them

Real flavors sort of shut down but made a deal with
you can buy real flavors there and they ship to USA
I think @SessionDrummer and others noticed some minor differences between the old vs new real flavors

Yes @Mediocre_Remedial, @warkwarth is right. I think it was @McDuckie (I think), that specifically mentioned the RFSC French Toast (new) as being bland, and not really on profile. This was the opposite experience that I had had previously with the OG RFSC French Toast. I was lucky enough to have a few bottles of the OG left, AND a bottle of the “new”, and when directly comparing the two, the difference(s) were staggering. The new was NOTHING like the OG, and honestly, was very poor in comparison.
I do not know if this is the same across all of the flavors or not.

Seriously. I kinda think the root beer flavor in any of my mixes just overtakes any and all of the cream. The only thing I can detect the cream really doing is toning down the root beer, but then it still seems to just root beer flavor. Thought I had something the other day, but the ice cream taste is gone now.
