I like the idea of having ELR and/or logo on all the bands. That is kinda the point, right? I’m only interested in the G bands and I’m stoked about the colors. Greens mah favorite color. Also, please don’t do comic sans, I beg of you. LoL. I’d prefer something bold and sans-serif, but I’ll live with whatever.

That’s it I just don’t have the bold option on this computer but can probably do it on my other computer if need be

I think anyway that they would only be able to do just the outline of the logo and the outline of the flask in the logo so we are not printing in multiple colors.

The flask logo will need to be done by someone with a much better graphics capability then I have. I will work on trying to come up with something rough but it will take several hours to complete unless @death has the art work in a pdf layered format that I could work with to alter for this

I think @wvsanta has it covered and is doing a great job. I was just thinking something simple like Arial Black or Gil Sans Bold/UltraBold would stand out more on the band and be easier to read. I say we put it to a vote.

I am looking to see if I have those fonts on a disc they are not currently on this computer but I have thousands of fonts on disc so give me a bit and let me find them

Personally I think the Optima Extra Black is probably the best one so far for the purpose we are looking for. I just think it would work better for stamping into the band and still be bold but readable by most

I like the Optima as well. Once upon a time in another life I was a graphic designer, but I was terrible at it and I hated it. So that is why I’m now in school for computer science. Sorry, I hope I didn’t step on any toes. I wasn’t meaning to swoop in and take over, I was just thinking along the lines of what you said…something that would be easy to read, stand out, and be easy to stamp.

I am working on it now that I have time for it. Worked 70 and 80 hour weeks my whole life so never had time to do anything with the property. Purchased the12 peeps 2 weeks ago with more on the way, we have 7 mature birds and 4 hens are sitting on eggs now.

The ducks are coming as soon as I finish the pond I am building for them maybe next year it will be to my liking.
