Twice now I have gotten notifications of private recipes being shared… I follow the link and can’t see it as pro_vapes new recipe is private. Is there away to change settings so you don’t get notifications on private ones?

You shouldn’t be getting notifications for private recipes. The only thing I can think, and maybe @Pro_Vapes can shed some light, is that the recipe was posted as public and then soon after changed to private. Otherwise, @daath would be the one to look into this.

ah now that makes sense I just assumed because I had one a few days ago from someone else it was a setting or something or a fault in the system… Thanks JoJo

It was a accidental share, then quickly unshared. Notifications automatically goes out when someone you follow shares a recipe. Unsharing doesn’t take back that notification… sorry for the mishap.

Till you said something, I never even thought about this being an issue before. Makes me wonder how many times I’ve done that cuz I’m kinda absent minded sometimes. LoL. Glad it’s a legit thing and not a glitch in the matrix.
