Hi yall, I’m trying to figure out how to mix my existing flavorless 70/30 @ 12% juice to end up with 50/50 @ 25% with flavor. I couldn’t find a calculator online that covers all the fields, so I tried to put the math down on paper but to no avail.
INGREDIENTS I HAVE:
100ml 70/30 @ 12%
500ml PG
PG flavoring
Concentrate at 400mg/ml 50/50 (tube volume 3.75mg/ml, net weight 4.08g)
60ml bottles
TARGET:
60ml 50/50 @ 25%
17% flavor
Is this easy and I’m overthinking it? I measure by weight. Thanks for the help.
You say that your mix is currently => 100ml 70/30 @ 12%
And your target is => 60ml 50/50 @ 25%
With the ingredients that you have this is IMPOSSIBLE!
You can not have a finished product with a higher nic concentration than your original.
To achieve your goal you need to acquire some concentrated nic to add to the mix.
Forget about the 70/30 premix and get some VG, you will need 35.48 grams VG,
You will end up using all of the 400mg Nic shot, it will be short but as close as you can get…
Thanks for all the replies. I really wanted to use the 70/30 12% juice I bought but I was on my last drop of juice and had to do something real quick like. I have a ton of everything but the salt nic (I moved to Cali and you know the scoop). I tried to order a 32oz bottle of salt nic and couldn’t get it delivered.
I ended up going with Rocky’s suggestion and used the 40% salt nic with my existing supplies. I think this might be some garbage product since it was dark brown when I opened the one-time use shot. It also was only 3ml (3.45g) instead of the advertised 3.75ml (4.31g), so my total yield ended up being 48ml (54.85g). Also there’s a slight floral aftertaste, which must be the salt nic since that’s the only ingredient that’s changed.
