For VG, use a 25ml syringe. It dispenses smoother and easier. Use that syringe only for VG. That way, you only have to prep it once (and once you have, no more fighting with air bubbles).
For flavors/nic, start with nic first. That way, if you ever meter out to much or too little, all you do is dump the nic back into the container, and start again (with a new bottle). *cleaning the old one first before next use of course… (I typically use a 3ml syringe for nic. Again, dedicated to nic and nothing else. So no clearing/cross contamination issues)
Flavors vary. They either get a 3ml syringe (most) or a 1ml syringe (ultra potent flavors). By using a 1ml, I can dial in 0.25ml or 0.27ml every time. Good luck doing that with a scale. (good natured jab at weight folks aside, it’s rare that degree of accuracy is needed, but with some ie: mix mint (Ina), I can tell the difference in .02 that it makes.)
PG gets a 3ml syringe (since I typically mix 30ml bottles, and usually 80vg. That means I virtually never exceed 3ml of PG.)
Also, with all the references to “neck” issues, you may want to verify that the containers hold what they said. 15ml is not always correct. Frequently find some are only 13ml…etc

I just pour my VG from the litre bottle and I use a unicorn bottle for the PG.
The trick to pouring VG is to go slow and hold it high, it’s so thick it will string out into a nice stream that you can easily feed into a small neck bottle
I need some more syringes! I threw away quite a few 1mls a while ago, they get hard to use fast! I have 6 3mls that I just discovered and bought from the tractor supply store on a cat food run, but they didn’t have 1ml. I even asked at customer service. Now I will be going bigger for the VG syringe, biggest I have is a 10ml. Thanks @Sprkslfly. One of those huge horse syringes would probably work. Lol
Funny thing is that 4 employees were standing around at CS talking about mods. One had apparently PIF to a new vaper 9 days without smoking and was explaining the charging.
I said that mixing was why I wanted the syringe and was met with disbelief. Out came one of my mods, then all whipped out some mods! I was the one with 2 mods on me and both were RDAs. I let the girl know that no, it is not that hard to build and drip. That made my day, even if they didnt have 1mls.
I have attempted just that with some success, but the VG stream touches the neck even once and it creates a blockage with plenty of room to spare in the bottle.
