Ethyl Vanillan

Any of you folks using Ethyl Vanillan? I’d appreciate it if you could share your experience with the stuff :thinking:

Tastes fantastic in small percentages, it is a byproduct of papermills and is used as inexpensive vanilla substitute in the food industry. I have reservations about using it but i still use it sometimes. I use the version from tfa because it has been thoroughly tested. It has a cool vanilla flavor and i like it with strong dark berries like raspberry. Try it at .5% - .75% in a mix to start.
