I just made a test recipe a few days ago I call it Apple Fritter I mixed it up
just as a test totally guessing on the on the % of flavors I hope it comes out good.

I’m thinking the same thing now that I think about it I should have went with maybe like 6.5 - 7% on the donut ? What do you think?

Honestly I think if you increase your batch size and don’t add anymore of the donut and bring up the other 2 flavors to match the increase you’ll be a ok ! you can edit your recipe and just mentally note you have the 12% in there already basically make an additional batch same size and then add it to your current one and you’ll have the frosted donut in there at 6% on the revised version
