It’s a great training exercise for evaluating habits. In the end I’m sitting there staring at the thing while asking myself “why am I staring at this thing?”. A saying from the past went through my mind, “someone might fart and you won’t be able to smell it”. Wonderful analogy in the vernacular. And so it came to pass that facebook was no longer in my life.
Just don’t substitute it with Reddit, it’s the craziest Woke/Left platform ever… The Creator was a Uni student that “committed suicide” and then a chinese company took it over I guess…
You can say all you want against who they’re against but will get anything removed if you question anything in most Subreddits. For example: Herman Caine Awards promotes articles of people dying from covid, but if you say, “I was feeling great until I had the Vaccine, but my heart rate jumped to 120 15 minutes later and it’s usually half that at rest” and your post will get removed and you will get banned.
