Mine seem to end up stuck in customs longer than anywhere else. Although sometimes it takes a bit longer for the poor guy to swim that far.

Mine have taken 3-5 weeks usually. Im in MN so not on either coast. 12 days seems super fast for FT, but then again I don’t live in Canada.

That might be especially true where the OP is located. From information I found on the internet, I understand they are Very Busy!

That’s standard for FT for e-packet, they quote you 5-10 business days but it’s usually in customs

Don’t forget that all of Hong Kong is fighting for a democracy right now, so getting anything out of Shenzhen has been a little wonky as of late.

Over the last couple of years my FT deliveries (to the UK) have all been within 7 days and some of them 5 days. My last two orders, from July and September, have both got stuck in limbo also, ending up taking 15 and 20 days. From the tracking info they seem to be using a different courier / route as I’ve seen unusual entries and some that make even less sense than usual.

Takes a good month from fasttech at least for me! I stopped ordering from them long ago.

I forget who it was here that posted it, but they stated any delivery from FastTech took SOOO long to arrive, when it finally did, you would have forgotten ABOUT the order, and it was like getting a surprise gift.

I use E-packet, it’s never taken more than 12 days to get to me, that’s why I was freaking out… I do see things are moving, but the first package was sent back, which I thought was strange… We’ll see if I get 1/2 because the other is at customs right now almost 30 days later.

I had a small order of replacement glass and tips that shipped on the 11th and I had it on the 25, two weeks. Not to shabby.

This is a FT order below… It depends what you order. Looks like they do on-demand restocking. A lot of items are are ready to ship the mintue you order. But if you choose something that they have to send-out for (on demand) - the whole order will wait. They have some timing issue thing, where if the wait time to restock is too long, they will ship out the order in two seperate shipments. Bummer to wait but they have so many little weird item/things I need/like. So I just man up and wait.

I can’t stand Chinese post bro.a couple months ago everyone was having trouble out of them.it was taking almost a month and a half to reach me.it usually takes about 10-14 days.something to do with them switching security or some shit.look up Chinese postal service on YouTube you’ll get a kick out of it😂

For instance, if I am to send a mod in an envelope 5 hours away it costs me 15 dollars 
To recieve e0packet from China… About 2 bucks

I asked our local post what it would cost me to send back a phone to China (which I’d get here with free shipping), € 65 (C$ 95).
A tracked letter to the same city I live in, € 7.5 (C$ 11).
