I shall make it your way and I will take photos throughout the different stages to show you all what I manage to accomplish! Excited as I love to cook
@Lolly
The recipe @Alisa posted above is authentic, and she sure should knowā¦she is an authentic TX hen.
and for sure one I would never kick out of my chicken coopā¦err err err err err cockadoodledoo [flapping wings]
I am not a fan of Cumin. I use it at most 50% of what a recipe calls for. Some recipes need it, so I use it, just less.
You may love Cumin. Sometimes I even sub Turmeric for Cumin, even though some in my family, living and dead,
slap my hand for it. I have big, tough hands.
Once upon a time, at a Revolver brewery Saturday concert, @Alisa slapped meā¦on myā¦but that was before she married the wonderful Sean. Lucky gentleman he is !
Yes indeed! Am thinking of making the recipe @Alisa posted but use the chiles you mentioned instead of the pine tasting ones?
What would be your chile of choice Alisa?
I normally use a combination of Pasilla chillies and Chipolteā peppers. Yummmmm
Yes, but non-Texans would not understand.
Just likeā¦if a good ole Texas gal āslapsā youā¦the āslappeeā most likely fukd upā¦
and it is like a man punching them.

Yep, always blend chilesā¦unless you are stuffing fresh ones.
