If there were enough law suits and or actions against them sooner or later they would run out of money to defend all of them. I truly think itâs a matter of saturating them with any and all kinds of legal actions possible. The only problem is getting the competent representation to be able to launch the attack.

dear Von, same here in N.Z. but thankfully with out the Queens âlandâ bullshit Ruling, the tobacco lobbyists are paid shills as we all know and despise and want people to destroy their lungs with tobacco,i digress the Vapers of N.Z and âunlawful " suppliers seem to be tolerated and the idea of the Legalization of the use of liquid nicotine in e cigg,s may become a reality here as the Tax on tobacco products rise,s subsequently every six months here , so at present the cheapest 20â pack of Smokes is approximately $18:00 nzd. thankfully the importation rule here of no more than 1ltr of liquid nicotine of I âthinkâ 100mg per ml is doable, its time to stand up and protest starting Now. regards Ohmoid

I heard last week (I donât yet know how true it is) the govt over here is about to tighten the screws on Nic even more!! Unlike NZ, the ever increasing tax on tobacco doesnât seem to make them want to relax about nic. I think the cheapest pack of 20âs over here is about $23.00 now.

But I guess that doesnt necessarily mean there arent any planned âŚonly that I didnt find them.

This is quite interesting - I found it in my search for similar impending laws a couple of months ago.
Apparently you drop your medicare number and they ask a few questions and give you a script for nic. It may be a handy script to have if your nic gets held up in customs for any reason.
