The article is click bate for sure. But yeah, if Juul has been trueful about not marketing to kids then we should be good.
As for over reach or abuse of power. Time will telll.

This was the most important statement to me
“Gottlieb, the FDA commissioner, said he believes in e-cigarettes’ potential to help the 37.8 million adult smokers quit cigarettes. That includes a role for flavors.”
Which seems to be not only a turnaround, but also an affirmation of vaping.
