We do and in fact Juice Factory is in the same state as me a matter of about 1 1/2 hours drive away. I also agree that their customer service is second to none.
But, they can’t match the variety of Chefs who seem to stock a lot of concentrates that I’ve never seen listed in Australia.
That’s a bit of a jump @marsh8 but understandable. I’m in procurement and can tell you from firsthand experience that freight rates have gone through the roof since this Covid* thing popped up. Didn’t think that Royal Mail would’ve increased that much but obviously it has
