@Tiffany95 my experience has been that Graham Cracker (most specifically TPA’s Graham Cracker), can ENHANCE bakeries/crusts/biscuits, but it cannot CREATE them.
@delltrapp was spot on with his big three go to flavors that are used very frequently.

Looks like a nice starter kit. The only thing I would add would be a scale. I find using a scale to be much easier than using volume measurements. There is no “one way” to mix, but I find the scale to be a breeze to use.
