Looks like a good base. I would add some other strawberry to allow for a steep as Strawberry Ripe tends to fade for me. Probably either 3% CAP Sweet Strawberry or 2% INW Shisha Stawberry for my tastes. I have mixed the OG this was adapted from before and added to that to bring both the cheesecake and the strawberry up and it was really nice in a MTL set-up.
