Between the frosting and the sugar orchid, its a complete sweet frosting for the cake… Sugar Orchid used here gives the sweetness, tiny hints of almond, in fact youd have to dig to get any nut of of this, but it is there, I can taste it… it’s not only sweet, but semi firms up the frosting to make a coating of frostiness for the cake.
Think of cupcakes or cakes done by the deli, with the rose swirl flowers on them… best way to describe it… light, airy but thick sweetness… 
This Bday cake looks amazing!! I’m mixing this one up for sure. I have all the flavors. @Laura5 the sugar orchid really makes a recipe pop!!

.6% AP is more than twice what I can stand. I’m one of those ‘frito vibe’ types BIG time. Really disappointed me because I wanted to love it.
If you are sensitive to ap… drop it down or just leave it out… Cookie has the same bg so perhaps lowing or omitting, it might be better for you? Not sure…
