I rarely do clones these days… but that might change… I can deal with the zero nic… so will see what happens on down the road.
How much does the sugar orchid contribute to the recipe?? It looks very good. I have never been enamoured with that flavor though…

Between the frosting and the sugar orchid, its a complete sweet frosting for the cake… Sugar Orchid used here gives the sweetness, tiny hints of almond, in fact youd have to dig to get any nut of of this, but it is there, I can taste it… it’s not only sweet, but semi firms up the frosting to make a coating of frostiness for the cake.
Think of cupcakes or cakes done by the deli, with the rose swirl flowers on them… best way to describe it… light, airy but thick sweetness…
