My wheat and starch base came in from Flavorah today. The starch base actually smells like a loaf of bread the wheat? Like I just opened a can of beer. Not sure this combo is going to work for bread together but I’m sure I’ll find some interesting ideas with the wheat, heck I might even make a flavored beer vape, because heck why not?

I’ve been a fan of the WF Pretzel Dough SC as a bread agent for a while now. Together with the Starch is really adds a lot of body and savory elements that makes it for me. It’s like Bread Plus because the PD is pretty complex. This is my strawberry PBJ version, and my daughter is a big fan, especially since I added the INW Shisha Strawberry. I don’t like to use a lot of ingredients in a recipe but this one calls for it.
