I am not exclusive but probably 3/4 flv and loving it, especially with all the yummy recipes by smoky.
Your experience definitely shines through!! I’m glad flavorah was my first brand to buy. I didn’t explore other flavors until I received free giftcards haha.
I have actually 10 yrs, Laura… and 6 yrs with ultras… 5 with flv
Happy to share any kind of help I can…
Thanks. On first look, will be a great reference
I was going to make a post about this amazing thing I just stumbled upon, but a search showed that there already was an existing post.
Anyway, I thought this needed a bump. It’s a great all-in-one resource for ALL types of recipes. But it’s all flavorah, as they put the book together.
I love a lot of their flavorings, but in my opinion, their tobaccos are the best of the line. Some of the tobacco (and other) mixes featured in this book have been deleted from ELR and ATF, but all of them can be found here, and best of all it’s a downloadable PDF.
I know this is old, but it is an absolute gem, and in my opinion should not be lost.
There are a couple of of theses published by Flavorah. Smokie also published a book or two on her own. I think I have them on the cloud somewhere.
Awesome! Learning something new every day
Just so everything is in one post, the link to the first flavorah flavor book can be found here.
The second version can be found here
And I stumbled upon a submission link, but it takes me to a 404 page. So I’m guessing this project is over since a while.
Lastly, I couldn’t find SmokyBlue’s books, but I did find a neat little link from SD with all her recipes on ELR.
I was able to post the Recipes and Usage Rates PDFs up over at VU if anyone is looking for them,
Awesome, thanks @gloopdegurp! Downloaded them both.
It’s such a great load of information that I really didn’t want to get lost. Thanks for saving this on the cloud.
And I just checked out the flavorah usage rates you linked. What an amazing thing smoky did by making all of this public, and you for saving it. Thanks again!
Her recipes are from her Facebook account. These are post her Flavorah employment. She sold Flavorah flavors retail. It was a small business for her till she retired.
If you read the first Flavorah book her recipes are plastered through out, the second Flavorah book only has a few of her recipes.
You are most welcome, @IggyZ
Much thanks to Smoky for compiling and sharing her efforts with the community!
A big Thank You! to all of you mixers who share your notes, recipes, and knowledge with the community as well
